White man came here and went straight to Jaffna with 20 billion Rupees according to media and causing illegal interference in an Election in an Independent Sovereign Country.

The BIG QUESTION IS--- Can he Get Down at Delhi Airport and go to Indian Controlled Kashmere Straight away in the same the way he did in Srilanka. Never.
