Gammanpila calls Azath Salley 'a corpse'
"Central Provincial Councillor Azath Salley should immediately quit politics. If he does not he is equivalent to a corpse," Western Provincial Councillor Udaya Gammanpila said.
Udaya made these comments in reply to the challenge made by Azath Salley to get a crowd of 5,000 to the rally on 18 February at Nugegoda. Gammanpila said that Azath Salley should be made to mount the stage to count the crowd that thronged the venue.
