Kariapper to speak on Muslim issues at UNHRC

Deputy Secretary General of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) and Mayor of Kalmunai , M. Nizam Kariapper, is scheduled to attend the 28th UNHRC session where he will be speaking on the issues faced by the Muslims in the island. Mayor Kariapper, who will represent Muslims in Sri Lanka, is scheduled to address on issues pertaining to violence and suppressing the spread of religious and cultural places in Sri Lanka, in the recent past.

Mayor Kariapper, who will represent Muslims in Sri Lanka, is scheduled to address on issues pertaining to violence and suppressing the spread of religious and cultural places in Sri Lanka, in the recent past. He will make his presentation on the sidelines of the UNHRC sessions in Geneva.
